Finca El Injerto is a legendary coffee producer that needs no introduction. Not only because they are 8-times first place winner of the Cup of Excellence Guatemala (28 awards in total), but also their diligent efforts on environmental-friendly farm practices.

Located in the highlands of Huehuetenango between 1,500 and 1,920 masl, El Injerto benefits from mineral rich, non-volcanic soil and temperature of 22ºc resulting in some of the best microclimates to produce their exotic varieties.

ET47 washed is one of their rare offerings. It is a unique variety from Ethiopian landraces and carries some outstanding characteristics one can expect from a traditional Ethiopian washed - white florality and crisp acidity. In the cup, it shows juicy and vibrant white peach and citrus notes with a breakfast tea aftertaste. As a washed processed coffee, mouthfeel is also clean and silky.
