co:llab’s coffee beans are roast-to-order. When your order is confirmed, please expect 2 to 4 days for roasting and packaging before dispatch. While our coffees are packed in recyclable ziplock pouches that can preserve freshness for months, a minimum resting period of 30 days is recommended for the flavors to gradually “open up”. The best tasting period for most coffees is between 35th and 90th day from the “roast date”.

delivery
We ship worldwide by registered air mail or e-express service provided by Hongkong Post. It normally takes 10 to 20 days depending on destination, and customs clearance of your country. All parcels can be traced via the Hongkong Post website.
International customers can estimate shipping rates using the Hongkong Post calculator. If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us via instagram messenger or email at order@co-llabcoffee.com, and we will work out a suitable shipping solution for you. Local customers can choose either local courier (cash on delivery, to be paid by customer) or arrange self pick-up at our office in North Point.
